Shipping policy

Your orders are generally processed within two working days. If the product you ordered is not on stock, we put it into production immediately and send it to you usually within 2 weeks. In such cases, we send you an e-mail to keep you updated.

Delivery is free in the Czech republic and Slovakia using Packeta / Zasilkovna.

We reserve the right to use a different courrier service than the one selected, especially to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

If you select cash-on-delivery payment, please take into consideration that Packeta / Zasilkovna has a 200 EUR cash-on-delivery limit, therefore we may have to select a different courrier service to deliver your orders that exceed this limit.
