Returns in the Czech republic are processed through Zásilkovna. You can find a list of pick-up-points here.
Kindly repack your order and mark the package with your name and order number. Take the package to a Zásilkovna pick-up point. Using our unique
8-digit return code (the so-called identifier): 92541370, the pick-up-point's staff will generate a return label and attach it to the parcel. This is all that is necessary for the return to be shipped back to us.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within two working days of receiving the order. If the product is not available in stock, we enter it into production and it is usually shipped within 14 days of the order. In the event of such a delay, we will inform you by e-mail.
